Self-Levelling Crane Pallet Lifters – 1T to 5T (DHE-PLCY Series)

The DHE-PLCY Self-Levelling Crane Pallet Lifter Series is engineered for safe, efficient and balanced lifting in industrial environments. Each model features an automatic weight-balancing system, adjustable fork tines, and adjustable lifting height, ensuring stable and controlled load handling during transport and lifting.

The automatic self-levelling mechanism prevents the load from sliding off the tines by keeping the forks tilted upward when unloaded. Once a load of at least 20% of the WLL is applied, the gas-spring balancing system engages, positioning the load at the correct centre of gravity for safe lifting.

These units are highly versatile, maintenance-free, and suitable for lifting pallets, coils, rings, and irregular loads. Operators can easily adjust tine spacing and height to suit different load sizes, making the PLCY Series ideal for warehouses, construction sites, fabrication facilities, logistics operations, and manufacturing plants.
